We take a very structured approach to development. Outsourcing is a cheaper option to maximise the benefit you need to have all the necessary structures in place.
We start your project by checking the documenation is understandable and thorough. We then provide a quote based on the agreed document.
If we are given the go ahead we begin to put source control, project stages, test environments into place.
Once the project is divided up into sections we allocate the best resource to the section and track it through our project management tool.
Throughout the build we will keep you updated and give you access to the development site.
We use Microsoft and Open Source technologies to build sites and charge a minimum of £2000 for website development. Our rates are competent and flexible. Contact us to know more. |
To ensure you are getting your project plan in place use the following checklist
- Have you written down all the functional elements, none to be explained "in the meeting"?
- Have you thought about potential future developments?
- Have you got an idea of budget in place?
- Have you had someone not involved with the project study your documents?
