Off The Radar

Off the Radar is an upcoming music history site that seeks to involve the public in its promotion. The concept is based on an open source editable website (such as Wiki) where approved administrators can process comments and news about bands from all eras. It has been designed to chronicle the history of all popular bands through the years rather than the ones in the public eye currently.
